When will my order be delivered?
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

• Standard delivery: 7–12 business days (after processing)
• Express delivery: 5–10 business days (after processing)

Please note that weekends and holidays are not included, and customs inspections may occasionally cause delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
What if my tracking hasn't updated?
Shipping carriers sometimes take a few days to update tracking information. If you don't see movement after several business days, contact us at blastbrick.help@outlook.com.
What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. Please wait 24 hours, check with neighbors, or your local post office. If you still haven't received it, contact us at blastbrick.help@outlook.com.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update your address. Once it's been shipped, changes aren't guaranteed, though we'll do our best to assist. Contact us at blastbrick.help@outlook.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only if they haven't shipped yet. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return once received.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All customs duties and taxes are covered by BlastBricks, so you won't have to pay any extra fees upon delivery.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at blastbrick.help@outlook.com with your order number.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Yes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The amount varies depending on your location.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and confirm your return.

No glue or special tools are needed. Everything you need to build your set is included in the box, including the instruction manual.
Does the BlastBrick set shoot?
Yes! Our sets can be used as decoration or you can actually shoot with the BlastBrick bullets — the choice is yours!
