Return Window

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must first verify that you qualify and that your purchase is eligible under our policy.

To be eligible to return  your item it must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn/unused

  • Not an exception/non-returnable item
  • With all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

Email us at blastbrick.help@outlook.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Minor missing pieces that do not prevent full assembly do not qualify for a return.

At BlastBricks, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction under specific and eligible circumstances only.

✅ Eligible Cases the guarantee

A refund may be approved ONLY in the following situations:

  1. Wrong item received

    • You received an item different from what was ordered.

  2. Item not received

    • The tracking confirms that the package was never delivered after an investigation with the carrier.

  3. Delivered to the wrong address (our error)

    • The package was delivered to an address different from the one provided at checkout, and the error is confirmed on our side.

👉 In these cases, the customer must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and provide clear proof (photos, tracking information, order confirmation).

❌ Non-Eligible Cases (No Refunds)

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:

  • Shipping delays
    Delivery times may vary due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier delays.
    👉 As long as the order was shipped on time, BlastBricks is not responsible for delivery delays.

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
    If the address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, the responsibility lies with the customer.

  • Order marked as delivered by the carrier
    If the tracking status shows “Delivered,” responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.
    The customer must contact the carrier directly.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags, and you must include proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund is approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the order is delivered to that address or returned to sender, the seller is not responsible for any loss, delay, or replacement costs.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing the purchase.

⚠️ Add-On Items Policy (BlastBrick Bullets & Stickers)

Some items on our store are “add-on products.”
This includes BlastBrick Bullets.Shipping and BlastBrick Stickers.

Because these items are free add-ons included with our Brick Sets, they cannot be shipped alone.

📌 Important — Orders Containing Only Add-On Items

If a customer purchases only BlastBrick Bullets or BlastBrick Stickers, the order will not be fulfilled or shipped.

These items are only available when purchased together with a Brick Set (AK-47, Desert Eagle, M416,Brick Sniper,Kar 98 etc.).
